Candlewood Suites Sierra Vista by IHG

Great beds. Comfy rooms and a great stay. The service staff are professionals and take great care of all personnel staying at the hotel. A prime location, relatively central to Sierra Vista and it's ammennities.

My review is from the perspective of a customer who is staying here for business. The hotel is located in a pleasant location. The parking lot is spacious and seems like it is in a well1 lit and secure area. I was immediately greeted by friendly staff at the check in counter. My room (double) was great. I appreciate the large bathrooms, the kitchenette is so helpful for business customers who a are not looking to overspend. Although the hotel lacks a breakfast diner, (would have been great to get free breakfast), they make up for it in offering to lend you small appliances based on what you need. Laundry is free and the hotel room key gets you a 10% discount at select nearby restaurants. Overall very pleasant place to stay. They even accommodate me with getting housekeeping done first, as I work a overnight and sleep during the day. Great place and friendly staff!

My husband and me stayed here this past weekend for our Anniversary and we loved it. Its in a great location near stores and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. They are also pet friendly which is a plus considering we travel with pets. They offer free laundry, have a fitness center, and a cupboard with snacks, food, and other things you may need. We will most definitely visit here again

What a little gem we found! If anything could be improved, it would be for the staff to get rid of the glowing green eyes at night, that was a little creepy. Or just put electrical tape over those sprinkler lights so it doesnt look like that from the bed in the dark.

We have stayed in a Candlewood Suites in Bluffton, SC and we loved it, and we were so happy to see that the level of service, cleanliness, and commitment to their customers was the same across multiple states, having now stayed in Arizona! Our room was so clean and spacious! We had extra linens in room for our pull out couch, the AC worked AMAZING and kept our room cool and refreshing, and the entire hotel smelled clean and was very inviting! The bed was soooo comfortable and the bathroom products were amazing as well (Dove products) We will definitely be returning to this location, as well as making sure to book Candlewood Suites in our future vacations no matter what state! We appreciate the customer service and level of hospitality so much

In the middle.of town, accessible to Tombstone, Bree and the old copper mines. Lots of trails to the mountains around, good scenery. Mostly armed forces at the hotel, so it's quiet. Rooms are nice, kitchenette is big for the room size. Laundry service on site, dishes in the room, dishwasher and everything you need for a long vacation. Enjoyed it

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our double room was great with comfortable beds, a small kitchenette and good sized refrigerator. There were also 3 chairs in the room, an office chair, a recliner and regular dining chair. You can also borrow board games and small appliances at the front desk. We stayed 3 nights and were happy with everything. We would stay here again.

I always have wonderful experiences with IHG hotels, and this one is no exception. Late check in (3-4am due to car issues) was accommodated, the room was clean, stocked, and appeared renovated (nicely) and it was super comfortable. My only complaint (I'm not sure if it was just my room) was that the shower water did not get hot enough. I told the lady at the front desk and she said she'd look into it, nobody else complained about that. My second shower felt better! Nice pool and hot tub shared with the Holiday Inn express next door! Would definitely stay here again for my next visit!
